On the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion, Klitschko Foundation co-founder Wladimir Klitschko addressed Ukrainian youth.

He noted that twelve years have passed since the beginning of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and four years since the start of the full-scale war. An entire generation of Ukrainian teenagers has been growing up amid challenges, loss, and responsibility.

“At the same time, our youth is a generation that is already demonstrating strength, maturity, and the ability to take responsibility for the future.”

Klitschko emphasized that the war must not steal children’s future:

“I want you to remember: circumstances do not determine who you will become. Your choices do. Your focus. Your daily work on yourself. Do not let the war steal your dreams. Turn them into your fuel and your resistance. Work. Grow. Stay united. I believe in you. You are our future.”

Klitschko Foundation works daily with teenagers from different regions of Ukraine, building mental health and resilience programs and investing in youth development.

Angelina Osadcha, CEO of Klitschko Foundation, noted:

“Teenagers in Ukraine are living in a reality that forces them to grow up much faster. Our mission is to provide maximum mental support and equip them with tools for development, leadership, and self-belief. Because it is the youth who are shaping our country already today.”

The fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion is about pain and loss, resilience and unity — and the daily choice to keep moving forward.
