Context

Students complain that universities do not prepare them for real working conditions. However, this is not their top priority. To find their first job, students need practical experience. Our Klitschko Foundation team is ready to provide such experience.

The mission of the project is to give young people the opportunity to experience all stages of employment: from an interview to recommendations for the first job, as well as to help make an informed choice of future profession.

During the project participants:

- have the opportunity to feel the real working atmosphere;

- get acquainted with the sphere of charity, in particular in Ukraine;

- are involved in public activities;

- are involved in the implementation of projects or work of the communication department of the fund;

- weekly participate in trainings and lectures on current topics;

- learn skills relevant to the XXI century;

- become part of a large fund community;

- implement their own webinars on opportunities for young people;

- receive recommendations for further employment.

Selection criteria

- 1-4 university course;

- motivation: find a job after an internship;

- workload at the university, willingness to combine study with internship;

- knowledge of foreign languages: English required. Additionally - German. B2

- previous experience of volunteering / work;

- readiness to implement your own project;

- personal values.

- yellow or green vaccination certificate

Format

Offline. In Kyiv, at the Klitschko Foundation office. The internship is not paid.

In case of deterioration of the epidemiological situation in Kyiv, we will have to postpone the project. 

Timeline

- February 14 - application deadline;

- February 19 - the date of the second stage of selection;

- February 23-24 - the date of the third stage of selection;

The internship will last for three months: from February 28 to May 27.
