Context

The charitable and public spheres are constantly evolving. Over the past decade, they have quickly adapted under the influence of global changes, but the problems remain the same — mistrust of the population, non-publicity of basic reporting information, inability to convey their ideas to target audiences and inconsistency of activities due to the lack of strategy and clear processes within the organization. That is why the Klitschko Foundation sees the need to spread the principles of good governance, develop a culture of philanthropy and civil society in Ukraine. 

The mission of the project is to improve the efficiency of charitable and public organizations and contribute to the development of their transparency and accountability. In addition, the project spreads the culture of charity, helping organizations to conduct clear and accessible activities, communication, which increases the level of public confidence.

The project aims to help public and charitable organizations acquire the knowledge necessary to improve the level of the organization's activities, motivate them to cooperate with other organizations, create a network of like-minded people for the constant exchange of relevant knowledge and experience.

Who can participate?

We invite motivated representatives of charitable and public organizations from all over Ukraine who want professional growth and development of their organization.
