Context

In the 21st century the new Generation Z is taking on the role of leaders of positive change and those who embody new social and business ideas. Traditional education to contemporaries to seek theoretical knowledge, opportunities for the implementation of social and business ideas. It is especially difficult to do this when there is no experience and support, so it is necessary to create conditions. It is the thinking of an entrepreneur, combined with business skills, that can become a tool for realizing the goals of adolescents and an impetus for the implementation of innovative start-up ideas.

The mission of the project is to provide opportunities and knowledge for the implementation of business ideas and creativity, the development of entrepreneurship, active citizenship, leadership.

Who can participate?

Pupils of grades 8-11 from all over Ukraine.

During the project, the participants:

• get acquainted with the process of creating a startup;
• learn the basic tools for identifying audiences and creating a value proposition for key customers;
• improve work skills by jointly developing a business idea during the project;
• learn to develop ideas that will be required and aspirations of the target audience;
• can practice spoken English;
• participate in pitching projects.

The project existed in 2020. The project is completed in 2021.
