Context

Students complain that universities are not preparing them for real working conditions. However, this is not their primary guarantee. To find their first job students need hands-on experience. At the same time, employers are not always ready to invest their time. Companies often do not see the value for themselves in educating young people, thereby taking away the chance to prepare a team member.

The mission of the project is to provide an opportunity to feel all stages of employment: from an interview with recommendations for the first job, as well as to help make an informed choice of a future profession.

Who can participate?

Students of 2-4 courses of higher educational institutions in Kyiv.

During the project, the participants:

• can experience a real work environment;
• get acquainted with the field of charity, in particular in Ukraine;
• are involved in social activities;
• join the implementation of projects or the work of the communication department of the foundation;
• participate in trainings and lectures on current topics;
• develop skills relevant to the 21st century.
• part of a large community of the foundation;
• implement their own webinars on opportunities for youth;
• get recommendations for further employment.

The project was implemented from 2015 to 2020.
