Context

The ability to communicate is one of the most important in the 21st century. Today it is difficult to find a field of activity that does not require communication skills. And, in fact, our daily life is filled with communication, and the final result often depends on how clearly we can convey our position and hear another. During COVID-19, everyone felt a lack of communication, and when you are a teenager and develop your communication skills, you learn to clearly and logically express your thoughts, distinguish truthful information from fakes, develop your own creative and critical thinking, then forced isolation only interferes with the formation of appropriate skills. Through the Skills Elevator educational project, which includes both educational and practical parts, we are trying to change this.

The mission of the project is to develop the actual skills of teens and through volunteering create conditions for them in which they could practice their knowledge acquired in the educational part.

Who can participate?

Teenagers from all over Ukraine who study in grades 10-11.

During the project, participants:

- get basic knowledge and communication skills;

- learn about the possibilities of self-development in the field of communications.

- can practice on real tasks in the communication department as volunteers;

- become part of like-minded people, inspire and support each other.

The project was completed in 2020.
