We are looking for participants for the eleMentor mentoring project!

Mentoring is not a new area of work in the foundation. Every year in the projects of the Foundation "School of Success", "Zero Waste School", "Challenge Academy" teenagers have the support of mentors. This gave us the opportunity to see the importance of a mentor in the life of a teenager, so last year within the project "School of Success" we implemented a pilot part of a new mentoring project, which starts this fall! Now we are ready to announce a new project of the fund - "eleMentor".

Mentoring is not a new area of work in the foundation. Every year in the projects of the Foundation "Success School", "Zero Waste School", "Challenge Academy" teenagers have the support of mentors. This gave us the opportunity to see the importance of a mentor in the life of a teenager, so last year within the project "School of Success" we implemented a pilot part of a new mentoring project, which starts this fall! Now we are ready to announce a new project of the fund — "eleMentor".

"eleMentor" is a mentoring project for teenagers, which aims to provide support for professional and personal development in the future.

"For a teenager, this is a unique opportunity to learn more about themselves, get answers to questions that keep you awake at night, and better understand the specifics of different areas of employment. For mentors, this is a way to thank those who helped them on their path, the opportunity to do good strategically, in the future, to join the development of education in Ukraine and get insights and ideas for their work. We believe that "eleMentor" will have a significant positive impact on the formation of adolescents as individuals. That's why we are waiting for your questionnaires, the start of the project and the impact that we can create together with you!” — says project manager Igor Yefimenko.

During the project, we will create a "perfect match" between cops and mentors. That is, each teenager who submits a questionnaire for the project will have the opportunity to get their own mentor - a person with experience in a particular field, which is interesting to the teenager.

When working with mentors, teens:

  • learn about the areas and industries in which they can find their professional purpose;
  • make your own career plan;
  • will discuss important topics such as leadership and teamwork, work-life balance, professional challenges, networking,
  • develop employment skills;

There will be a weekly meeting of mentors from the police, as well as with the Klitschko Foundation team.

Who are we looking for? Teensin grades 10-11 — for the role of menti, as well as professionals in various fields - for a team of mentors.
