For a teenager, this is a unique opportunity to learn more about themselves, get answers to questions that keep them awake at night, and better understand the specifics of different areas of employment.

And for mentors, it is a way to thank those who helped them on the path of formation, the opportunity to do good strategically, in the future, to join the development of education in Ukraine and get insights and ideas for their work.

We are looking for energetic and motivated people who will be able to join the project "School of Success" and become a mentor for project participants - teenagers aged 14-15.

The School of Success project is an educational project for 100 teenagers who want to become socially active. In the project, participants gain knowledge and skills of the XXI century from business and community organizations, thus becoming leaders who will be able to activate their local communities. Having acquired knowledge of project management, communications, public speaking, time management and teamwork, project graduates conduct local educational projects for peers. This year the project celebrates its tenth anniversary.

The idea of ​​engaging mentors is to inspire and help participants believe in themselves, as well as share their experiences and give practical advice. For example, a teenager wants to become a doctor. Then we will find a doctor who will tell you what are the advantages and disadvantages of this profession, how to get a quality education and become a professional.

Mentoring format: online.

Project period: July 2020

What does it take to become a mentor?

- work experience of at least two years in one of these specialties will be an advantage;

- age - from 20 years;

- fill in the questionnaire with information about yourself, your achievements in work;

- have a desire to pass knowledge and information about their specialty to adolescents;

- talk about possible mistakes and difficulties of the profession;

- the experience of public speaking will be an advantage.

What will the mentors get?

- opportunity to join the community of caring change generators;

- opportunity to share experience and knowledge;

- to be inspired by communication with generation Z.
