- Sweatshirts with branding in one color / different colors: A4 printing — back, A7 — front;

- Polo with branding in one color / different colors: A4 printing — back, A7 — front;

- In the tender offer to indicate the unit cost.

Tender for the manufacture of design

Creation of designer printed and online materials by the brand book of the fund.

Tender for printing services

We are looking for a company that specializes in the manufacture of printing products.

To calculate the tender offer, it is recommended to provide information on the value of the following items:

- 280 certificates: 400mg paper, matte lamination, double-sided printing;

- 50 applications — 200mg paper, one-sided printing;

- 50 leaflets — 150 mg paper, double-sided printing.

Tender for the provision of photographer services

Carrying out photography on the projects of the fund, during the speeches of employees at presentations and events in the online format, as well as shooting printed materials and further work on photo processing.

In the tender application please indicate the cost:

- 1 hour of reporting

- 1 hour of portrait photography

- 1 hour of subject shooting

Total shooting hours: 50

The selection criteria are based on the reliability of the supplier company, the best price, the proposed approach and methodology, the professionalism of the staff, and the completeness of the documents.

Please note that with the attachment of the tender documentation you need to add copies or originals of your statutory documents.

Your tender offer must be received in paper form at Kyiv, Dilova Street, 3, index 03150 to the date specified in the description of the tender.

Note that the papers should be filled in with information about your company in electronic form, printed on the letterhead of the Klitschko Foundation, signed, stamped. Copies of documents must be issued with a seal, signature, and the inscription ‘According to the original’.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Klitschko Foundation will pay in hryvnias on a non-cash basis.

Also, the status of group III is a prerequisite for participation in the tender.

Deadline for submission of documents — February 12, 2021.
