On the 5^th of May Klitschko Foundation has identified 10 schools-winners of the project “Call your friends – let`s play together”. This year competition beats all the records within the 12-year-history. The website of Klitschko Foundation has received 7388 applications with the desire of getting the playgrounds from all the regions of Ukraine. The project also became the biggest in the meaning of the number of participants comparing to all projects that have been overtaken during the whole period of existence of the foundation. As a result the quantity of set up playgrounds by Klitschko Foundation will reach 191 until 2017 year.

                “Sport is not only about champions and awards. That is also about healthy lifestyle, friendship, and planning the future. Actually, due to sport we get to know our first friends on playgrounds, learn how to be honest and stick to rules of life. And our goal is to find the most active people, who are ready to develop their personality and change the society.” – says Alina Nosenko, the director of Klitschko Foundation.

                The activity on social media contributed a lot to the victory of the schools, because all the posts and comments called up people to vote. “The registration on the project  “Call your friends – let` play together” is over. Cherepovetska school is thankful to every single person who took part in voting and helped the team of school win. During the active part of voting our school found 715 friends. You will win only when you sincerely believe in your victory. Without the hope you would not be able to achieve anything.” – posted on Facebook the director of Cherepkovetska school Vasyl Kameniuk when he fust got to know about the results of the project.

               Each opening ceremony of playground is conducted, as in previous years, in a way of fun sport festival with celebrations, competitions, and presents. This type of opening ceremony becomes a memorable and bright holiday for kids and local citizens, it also helps them to unite the locals, give them some motivation for taking part in new projects and strengthen the future collaboration.

                As it was in the last year, none of the playgrounds will be located in big cities. All of them are going to be set up in schools of small towns and villages all over the country.  Judging from the previous experience of the project we have noticed that citizens of small communities are better in cooperation for the sake of society.
