We are looking for companies to conduct an audit of financial activities for 2020.

The audit should be performed by an independent and qualified contractor who has experience in conducting audits in charitable organizations, in accordance with international IFRS standards.

The audit must begin no later than December 1, 2020, and the contractor must provide the organization with the results of the audit no later than February 15, 2021. The final start dates of the audit and the dates of receipt of the audit results will be agreed with the winner of the tender.

How is the tender winner selected?

The evaluation criteria will be based on the reliability of the contractor, the best price, the proposed approach and methodology, the professionalism of the staff.

Please note that copies of your statutory documents must be attached with the tender documentation.

Send your tender offer in paper form to our mailbox at 2 Mechnikova Street, Kyiv (BC Parus), Klitschko Foundation. The deadline for submission of bids is September 27, 2020 inclusive.

Note that the papers should be filled in with information about your company in electronic form, printed on the letterhead of the Klitschko Foundation, signed, stamped. Copies of documents must be issued with a seal, signature and the inscription "According to the original".

The winner of the tender will be announced on September 29, 2020.
