We invite graduates of our projects to participate. The advantage in the competition will be the graduates of the project "Zero Waste School" sets of 2018 and 2019. Before the arrival, the managers will conduct a training where the mentors will learn to interact with the teams.

Mentor responsibilities:

- to accompany the team at lectures and workshops;

- discuss the day with your team;

- create a favorable atmosphere in the team;

- be aware of all events in your team;

- to support the members of his team after the project and during the implementation of the local project.

You are the perfect mentor if:

- you are ready to be a mentor during all 3 days and 24 hours / day to be at the project location;

- you share the values ​​of the project, you care about environmental issues;

- you are an eco-friend, you know the basics of sorting and are aware of environmental trends;

- you are resistant to stress and are not afraid of new challenges;

- you know how to organize a team or you want to learn it;

- you get along well with other people, you know how to empathize and support;

- you are interested in non-formal education;

- you seek to communicate with motivated active peers;

- you are responsible and aware of your role as a mentor;

- you have no bad habits. No smoking is a prerequisite for participating in the project as a mentor;

- you have a sense of humor :)

Timeline

Registration: until 28.02 on my.klitschkofoundation.org

Final: 05.03 we will send an email to the winners of the competition.

Time of the project "Zero Waste School": March-April 3 races of 25 teams. Every mentor will know the date of arrival via e-mail.

Venue: Kyiv.

Participation in the project as a mentor is free on a competitive basis. Participants pay only for the trip to Kyiv and back. Upon successful completion of the project, mentors will receive a certificate from the Klitschko Foundation.

Selection conditions

We will select the winners of the competition according to the following criteria:

- completeness of answers in the system my.klitschkofoundation.org;

- clear motivation;

- personal values;

- a graduate of the project "Zero Waste School" sets of 2018 and 2019.
