Alina Nosenko among 10 Ukraine's most successful women

There are always a big dream and a lot of work on yourself behind every success story. The magazine "Power of Money" published the rating of the most successful women of Ukraine. Alina Nosenko, a director of the Klitschko Foundation is among them. How her story started and what was the role of the foundation, read in Alina's biography.

Alina graduated with Honors from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev with a master’s degree in international informational analytics. Specialization. Under the international exchange program, studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin on a scholarship from the European Commission.

Completed an internship in the Ministry of International Affairs and Ministry of Healthcare, the representative office of UN in Ukraine. In 2011 received an international scholarship for the internship in the Bundestag. During the practice, she implemented humanitarian projects for Ukrainian society thanks to the bilateral collaboration of countries and charity organizations. One of that projects was meant to support Ukrainian children with hearing and vision problems. Wladimir Klitschko became an ambassador of this project, and Klitschko Foundation became a partner from the Ukrainian side. In 2012 Alina Nosenko became a coordinator of Klitschko Foundation youth projects, and since 2013 is a director of this charity organization.

Klitschko Foundation was founded in 2003 by Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko. Foundation’s team has already released 25 projects in Ukraine in the area of sports, education, and science. “To provide the stability of positive changes, the foundation makes periodical, systematical projects,” tells Alina. “For example, the project of setting the playgrounds in the regions has been running for eleven years already. There was the 18th International boxing tournament among the youth in 2016 in Berdychiv, and for 6 years’ non-stop teenagers from all over Ukraine came to the School of Success in summer.”

In 2014, Foundation represented the new conception of visual communication that was developed by the Fedoriv Branding Agency. It got a famous design award RdDot. Thanks to the new web-site that got into the Top-10 most transparent sites of Ukrainian funds, and due to the active usage of social networks, Foundation became more opened for partners and donors.

During the last three years, Forum of Benefactors marked Klitschko Foundation being one of the leaders in charitable work. The Foundation twice took the award in the nomination “Expenses in the area of sports and physical culture” among the organizations with UAH 1-10 million budget. In 2015 Klitschko Foundation spent more than UAH 9 million and among that UAH 6.15 million on the development of sports and physical culture in Ukraine.
