Employers are looking for young professionals with work experience and recommendations, which
seems to be unrealistic requirements for graduates of universities. At the Klitschko Foundation, we are
implementing an "Internship" project to help students acquire practical skills, show teamwork and
provide a platform for professional development. 2-4 year students will work in the following areas:
fundraising, administrative work, project management, public relations and graphic design.
About this project and the opportunities that it provides, will tell Alina Nosenko, the director of the
Klitschko Foundation, during the panel discussion "The Future of Ukrainian Universities" within the
framework of the Round Table of Rectors. Among invited speakers are Mykhailo Vynnytskyy, lecturer at
KMBS and LvBS, Maxim Stryha, Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Head of the Department of
Innovation, Yaroslav Prytula, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the Ukrainian Catholic University
and representatives of the embassies and IREX. The issues of advancement of reform in the system of
higher education will be discussed and solutions to accelerate it will be sought.
